Finished the 10 k. Who would have thought I could. It was not that many years ago i had trouble with my hip and back. I could not walk the 20 minutes to shul. Makes you wonder that what else one can accomplish with the right attitude!

In our professional development this past sunday night, one of our presenters had us experience mindfulness activities that we could use in the classroom. Here I am using a tool called the laughing circle. What was amazing was after the children shared what they felt about the activity!!!
