Don't just stick a mic in front of people and video. Filter your content. Some people are boring. YouTube is not a good platform to start on. Focus on one platform and post the same length video consistently. - Then, once you have followers, post on YouTube as well.

Casey Neistat:

"You will never look back on your life and regret standing up for what you believe "

"I make money so I can make videos. I never make videos to make money"

"When you don’t know what you want, spend all your time doing something you absolutely hate" (He used to wash dishes so that afterwards he could make videos.)
