Life at Gilat

We bow our heads in sorrow over the murder of the hostages Hersh Goldberg-Polin, Uri Danino, Eden Yerushalmi, Carmel G*t, Alex Lubinov, and Almog Sarusi in Gaza by Hamas. We extend our heartfelt condolences to the families of the hostages. We stand in solidarity with the families and the community. We hope for better days ahead and the safe return of all hostages to Israel now.

קייטנת הקיץ של גילת הייתה הצלחה מסחררת! 🌞

בשבועות האחרונים, גילת פינקה את הילדים של העובדים שלנו בקייטנה מיוחדת במינה, מלאה בפעילויות מהנות, למידה וחוויות בלתי נשכחות. הקייטנה הייתה הזדמנות נפלאה לילדים להכיר חברים חדשים, לגלות כישרונות חבויים, ובעיקר ליהנות מכל רגע.

מנהיגות נשית בגילת – השבוע השקנו באופן חגיגי את תכנית המנטורינג למנהלות בכירות בגילת, בשיתוף פעולה עם עמותת Woman2 Woman של יוצאי 8200.

מטרת התכנית היא לחבר את המנהלות שלנו, למנהלות מובילות במשק, לתהליכי למידה והמשך התפתחות אישית ומקצועית.

התכנית הזאת, היא חלק מהזרקור שגילת החליטה לשים על נושא ה- Gender Diversity בארגון.

בשבוע שעבר שמחנו לארח את "אלפא סקול", פורום חדשני של מנהלות בתי ספר לחינוך יסודי,

במסגרת המפגש, שהתקיים במעמד ראש עיריית פתח תקווה מר רמי גרינברג ונציגי מינהל החינוך, נחשפו המשתתפים לתכניות פיתוח עובדים ומנהלים בגילת.

מאחלים להם הצלחה בקידום מערכת החינוך ומוכנות התלמידים לעתיד!

בצער רב ובתדהמה עזה, אנו מודיעים על פטירתו בטרם עת של חברנו ועמיתנו האהוב נדב ליאני.
נדב היה Business Application Manager במחלקת ה-IT, מאז 2018.
אהוב ומוערך על ידי כל מי שהכיר אותו ועבד לצדו לאורך השנים.

נדב הותיר אחריו אישה, שלושה ילדים, וחור ענק בליבנו.

It is with deep shock, sadness, and heavy heart that we inform you of the sudden death of our dear colleague and friend, Nadav Liani, from the IT Department.

Nadav served as the Manager of Business Applications in IT, since 2018. He was well respected and loved by all, his passing away is devastating to us and to those that have known him over the years.

Our deepest condolences to Nadav’s wife, children, and the entire family.

May his memory be blessed.
