אני בדרך כלל לא נוהגת להעלות כאן פוסטים כאלה, אבל משהו מבפנים לא מניח לי...
אתמול בערב היינו בהופעה של קורין אלאל וערן צור באמפי הקטן והחמוד של עין הוד.
ולרגע אחד שנמשך כמעט שעתיים סיפקה לנו קורין את מה שכל כך היינו זקוקים לו. בתוך קהל של אנשים שאני מרשה לעצמי להמר שהם הקהל שלי, קהל של אנשים שהסיכוי שהדעות והרגשות שלנו דומים מאוד הוא גבוה, בתוך הדבר הזה קורין שרה לנו מילים שכל כך היינו זקוקים להן. מילים שנופלות בדיוק על הלב, על הכאב, הבכי, הצער, אבל גם על התיקווה.
היינו צריכים את המוזיקה הזו והמילים שהביאו אתן את נחמת הזיכרון לדברים שאנחנו כל כך מחוברים אליהם כאן בארץ הזו, לזיכרונות ולרגעים המעצבים. מילים מכאיבות, משמחות, מילים מנחמות.

פסח מורכב השנה, זו לא באמת ברכה, זה איחול וייחול.
הלילה הזה כולנו זוכרים.
133 כוסות יין ממתינות.
שיהיה חג שקט רגוע ומשפחתי.

זה סיפור על סבא שלי.
הוא היה איש צנום וצנוע, מעט מכופף עם פנים טובות וחיוך תמידי.
איש קטן וטוב. מזה טוב? ככה כמו שאתם מדמיינים סבא טוב.
היו לי המון שעות-סבא, כי הייתי הנכדה היחידה שלו. הוא לימד אותי דמקה ומשחק הזיכרון, קלאאפים ושש-בש, הוא לימד אותי לתת למי שמגיע מולך במדרגות לעבור, לדבר בנימוס לאנשים מבוגרים, ולעשות עוד כל מיני דברים שהיו מקובלים בשנות ה- 70.
הוא עלה מרומניה עם מזוודה קטנה ועם אמא שלי. כל מי שהכיר את סבא שלי אהב אותו, מה יש לא לאהוב באיש עם חיוך טוב? היה לו מעט מאוד אבל זה הספיק לו, הוא העריץ את הארץ הזו, את פרי האדמה והעץ, והיה אסיר תודה על כל תפוז, כפית דבש או תפוח שאכל מפרי הארץ הזו שכל כך אהב.
סבא שלי לא השאיר אחריו דבר, הוא גר כל חייו ב'דירת סוכנות' אבל הוא השאיר זיכרון וטעם של משהו שלא רוצים לשכוח. ולמה אני מספרת לכם את כל זה? כי השבוע היה פה לרגע ט"ו בשבט. ודווקא הזיכרון מהחג הקטן הזה הולך איתי כל השנים (וזה לא מעט...) כשסבא שלי היה מופיע אצלנו בערב ט"ו בשבט עם שקיות נייר חומות קטנות ובכל אחת מהן מעט פירות יבשים, אמא שלי היתה מסדרת אותם על צלחת וסבא שלי היה מברך. בשלב מסוים לא זוכרת מתי, נכנסתי לתפקיד משמרת הזיכרון הזה ובשנים האחרונות אנחנו מתאספים אצל אמא שלי סביב צלחת פירות יבשים לכבוד ט"ו בשבט.
אגב שם המשפחה של סבא שלי היה KRAFT 😊 אבל זה כבר סיפור לפוסט אחר.

The best example I can think of is a dear client of mine, flō-optics, who are redefining lens coating with their state-of-the-art Additive Manufacturing solution.

The startup was recently headed to their first ever lens coating conference and wanted to make serious waves.

So that’s just what we did.

How?

We designed a showstopping booth that showcased the company’s industry-changing lens coating technology.

Their fresh approach, disruptive technology, and colorful, vibrant brand got them the recognition they deserve. The team had a super successful event and are very proud of their powerful entrance into the world of lens coatings.

שמעו סיפור, לקוח גדול ורציני שעשינו עבורו תהליך אסטרטגיה ומיתוג מוצלחים פנה לשלב הבא - עיצוב והקמת אתר. באופן טבעי הם פנו אלינו להצעת מחיר, ובמקביל פנו לסוכנות בחו"ל. הפער במחיר היה גדול ועל אף שסמנכ"לית השיווק העדיפה לעבוד איתנו, ההחלטה הסופית הייתה בידי סמנכ"ל הכספים דבר שהכריע את הכף לטובת המחיר.

אבל! עם הירידה לפרטים סך ההצעה מחו"ל הלך וגדל (כיוון שלא לקחו את כל הפרטמטרים מראש), הפער הצטמצם וכבר לא היה משמעותי, והפרויקט עבר אלינו 🙌

האירוע הזה העלה בי מחשבות שאני רוצה לחלוק אתכם. אם זה יגרום למישהו להרהר בנושא, אז עשיתי את שלי.

אנחנו בשגרת חירום לאומית וכלכלית, וההייטק נמצא במיתון 📉

מפוטרי ההייטק זוכים להמון כותרות, ובצדק. הם עוברים טלטלה לא פשוטה.
אבל יש סקטור אחד שקולו כמעט ולא נשמע, ואלו בעלי סוכנויות ועצמאים.

מיטב המוחות היזמיים נמצאים בישראל.
האם שמתם לב שמיטב המוחות הקריאטיביים נמצאים בישראל? סוכנויות מיתוג, UX/UI, דיגיטל, מעצבים, יוצרי תוכן, אנשי קידום, ומומחים שונים - you name it. יש פה טאלנטים שיודעים לקחת מיזם - מוצר או שירות - להפיח בו חיים וליצור את כל השאבנג החל ממיתוג וכלה בDemand.

בשנים האחרונות, בעיקר כשתקציבים מקוצצים, יש חברות שבוחרות לעבוד עם נותני שירות מחו"ל. לא פעם אני וקולגות שלי התמודדנו במכרזים מולם. כמעט תמיד יש פער בתמחור מול סוכנות ממזרח אירופה וכד' מצד שני יש לא מעט סיפורים על לקוחות שהתחילו עם חברות מחו"ל ולבסוף חזרו לעבוד עם ספקים ישראליים.

נכון שלשיקול התקציבי יש משקל, אבל אני מאמינה שדווקא בזמנים קשים יש מקום לערבות הדדית.
לכן בפעם הבאה שתזדקקו לשירותי עיצוב, עצרו לרגע, וחשבו על הסוכנויות והעסקים העצמאיים שלנו כאן בארץ, ותשקלו להעדיף אותן.ם. בטווח הארוך, אין לי ספק שזה יהיה הצעד המתגמל ביותר עבור כולם.

A natural part of the evolution of a startup is the transition from an idea to a recognized product. The following step in the lifecycle is the shift to becoming a recognized company with customers. Our engagement with Matics resulted in the visual representation of this transition to enable the company to best express and communicate these stages in their evolution.
We worked to change the entire graphical language of all Matics marketing assets during its peak growth phase. We updated the marketing presentations as well as the investor and sales presentations. We redesigned all the marketing collateral, case studies, use cases pages, glossary and more, and created a new look for the visibility of Matics’s graphic language on social media networks.
