Yannick uses traditional machinery, sourced second-hand from the artisans of the Jura region, an area once renowned for its optical industry.

When it comes to aesthetics, TAVAT unites modern technology with industrial nostalgia seamlessly, citing inspiration sources such as motorcycles, grease, aviation, leather and engineering. The brand develop and use their own patented hinges – developed to meet the specific requirements of the wearer, they're nothing short of mechanical innovators.
