Our managers' forum stepped out of the office to the Yarkon Park for a day of learning and team building.

Among the challenges that required us to work together was the Eco Drive Quest throughout the park. This outdoors escape room gave us valuable insights that we will take back to the office.

We recently hosted an insightful workshop on Management in a Changing World. 🌍✨

During the workshop, participants delved into global trends, explored the new landscape of employment, and mastered intergenerational management.

It was a fantastic opportunity to enhance leadership skills and adapt to today's dynamic environment.

Meet Noam, our newest addition to the amazing QA team! 🎉
Noam is passionate about sports, especially football and basketball. ⚽🏀

He recently completed his degree in computer science and immediately began searching for work. However, when the war started, Noam tragically lost two friends at the Nova party💔. In response, he made the courageous decision to enlist himself in the army and fight for our country. We are incredibly proud of Noam for his bravery. 🇮🇱

During his time in the reserves, Noam has been actively seeking a new job, and we're thrilled that he's chosen to join our team. Having a reservist among us is an honor, especially considering their sacrifices for our nation. 🙌

As Noam transitions back to a normal routine, we want to wish him every success. Noam, welcome to the team! We're delighted to have you with us. 🌟

לזכר קורבנות ונפגעי טבח ה-7.10.23, לציון גבורת התושבים והלוחמים וכסמל להתחדשות ובנייה – הדור החדש של מעבדי ה-ASIC של RAD נקרא Be’eri.

עבורנו, Be’eri מייצג את חוד החנית הטכנולוגית והוא פותח בנחישות, התמדה ועבודת צוות – ערכים אותם אנחנו חולקים עם קהילת בארי. מוצרי RAD מותקנים ברחבי העולם והעובדה שטכנולוגיית Be’eri תגיע לכל פינה בגלובוס היא חלק מהניצחון שלנו!

בסיור שנערך ביישובי העוטף מוקדם יותר החודש, נפגש נשיא ומנכ"ל חברת RAD, אודי קשקש, עם בן סוכמן, מנכ"ל דפוס בארי, והעניק לו את ההקדשה.

בצער רב ובכאב גדול אנחנו מודיעים על פטירתו של יהודה זיסאפל.
יהודה, שהקים והוביל את קבוצת רד-בינת, היה מהאבות המייסדים של ההייטק הישראלי, וביחד עם אחיו זהר ז"ל, ייסד חברות טכנולוגיה רבות ופורצות דרך שהיוו חלק מפואר וחשוב בבנייתה של תעשיית הייטק חזקה ומשגשגת.
יהודה תרם רבות לקהילה והוביל פרויקטים רבים לקידום החינוך הטכנולוגי וצמצום הפערים בחברה, תוך מתן הזדמנויות לנוער וחיילים מהפריפריה לזכות בהשכלה טכנולוגית ומדעית. גם בשמשו כיו"ר תעשיות האלקטרוניקה והתוכנה, דאג להעלות את נושא החינוך וההכשרה הטכנולוגיים בכל הזדמנות.
באמצעות ״עמותת רד״ וכאספן כלי נגינה, השאיל יהודה כלים מוסיקליים לסטודנטים ישראלים מצטיינים ומעוטי יכולת. יהודה גם הלחין יצירות קלאסיות רבות.
יהודה ואחיו דאגו גם למוסד שעיצב את זהותם – הטכניון. הם תרמו להקמת מרכז ננו-טכנולוגיה בטכניון ואף תרמו להקמת הבניין ע"ש זיסאפל להנדסת חשמל ומחשבים. השניים אף זכו באות הטכניון – האות היוקרתי ביותר שמעניק המוסד על מפעל חיים למען הטכניון.
ביהודה היה שילוב נדיר של מנהיגות, חוכמה, יוזמה וחזון, יכולות ניהול וביצוע יוצאות דופן, עבודה קשה ומסירות, כישרון מוזיקלי כנגן וכמלחין, ומעל הכל – אנושיות.
זוהי אבידה גדולה לכולנו ב-RAD. נוח על משכבך בשלום, יהודה – אורך ינחה אותנו לעד.

We are heartbroken to share the sad news of the passing of our esteemed co-founder and mentor, Yehuda Zisapel. As the founder and guiding force behind the RAD-Bynat group, Yehuda was instrumental in shaping the Israeli high-tech landscape.
Alongside his late brother Zohar, he established numerous pioneering technology ventures, contributing significantly to the development of a robust and prosperous high-tech sector in Israel.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Yehuda was a dedicated philanthropist, spearheading numerous initiatives to promote technological education and reduce social gaps. He provided opportunities for youth and soldiers from peripheral areas to receive high-quality technological and scientific education. As the chairman of the electronics and software industries, Yehuda often brought the topics of education and technological training on the national agenda.
Through the "RAD Association" and as a musical instrument collector, Yehuda lent musical instruments to outstanding music students with limited financial means. As a composer of classical works, he left behind numerous compositions.
Yehuda and his brother also cared deeply for the institution that shaped their identity – the Technion. They contributed to the establishment of a nano-technology center at the Technion and even donated the Zisapel building for electrical and computer engineering. The two also received the Technion Award – the institution's most prestigious recognition for a lifetime of contribution to the Technion.
In Yehuda, there was a rare combination of leadership, wisdom, initiative, and vision, exceptional managerial and ex*****on abilities, hard work and dedication, musical talent as a player and composer, and above all – humanity.
This is a profound loss for all of us at RAD. RIP Yehuda, your light will forever guide us.
