Are you vitamin D deficient? - The Times of India A lack of vitamin D does not just affect your bones, but poses more serious problems when neglected.

The evergrowing use and advertisments of hand sanitizer, as a regular use, has concerned me.

It is to the point that some tiffins are designed in a way that the child 1st uses the sanitizer and then only is able to open his tiffin box !

Please leave the sanitizer in clinics for medics and paramedics or at the most during preparation of feed for an infant.

Inculcate the habit of proper handwash in your child before and after meals, even when at school.

We never grew up with sanitizers but we survived... didn't we?
