We were thrilled to host an inspiring Alumni Talk featuring Mr. Akash, a proud alumnus from the MBA Batch of 2019-21, currently working as Assistant Sales Manager at India's fastest-growing company, Adani Cement!
Mr. Akash shared his incredible journey into the cement industry, starting with his campus placement at Prism Johnson Ltd., followed by a role at JK Cement Ltd. His hard work and dedication have now led him to a package of 15 LPA, along with other incentives. During the session, he offered invaluable career guidance, insights into the corporate world, and addressed students' questions about corporate jobs.

🌟 Eshan College Shines at National IDE Bootcamp! 🌟
Two student groups from Eshan College of Engineering, Farah, Mathura, along with their mentors, proudly represented their innovative project ideas on Air Ambulance and Blind Stick at the prestigious Innovation, Design, and Entrepreneurship (IDE) Bootcamp organized by AICTE in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Wadhwani Foundation. The event, held from September 23rd to 27th, 2024, at Integral University, Lucknow, was a nationwide initiative aimed at fostering creativity, problem-solving, and entrepreneurship.
Our students had the opportunity to learn from expert-led sessions on product design, ergonomics, and pitching skills, alongside valuable insights from industry leaders. With over 3,000 participants, it was an enriching experience of innovation and entrepreneurship! Adding to the vibrancy, students from various disciplines came together to celebrate music and art, captivating the audience with their outstanding performances during the Cultural Evening.
Special shoutout to Rohit Shakya for winning a consolation prize for social media tagging. Faculty members Er. Gopal Sharma and Er. Surbhi Srivastava accompanied and guided the students during the event.

🔧 Industrial Visit by Department of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering! ⚙️
On 9th Oct 2024, the Department of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at Eshan College organized an insightful Industrial Visit to M/s Ritu Tech N Build, Churmura, Mathura. This visit aimed to bridge the gap between academics and industry exposure, enhancing students’ practical knowledge.
👷♂️ Students got a first-hand look at various manufacturing processes, including channel building, foundation building, and operations of different automatic machines. The industry experts provided valuable insights into the technicalities of modern manufacturing processes.
Managing Trustee Smt. Manjari Agarwal and Director Dr. Pankaj Sharma extended their best wishes to the students for their future learning. Dean Academics, Er. R.K. Vishwakarma, and Head of Mechanical Engineering, Dr. S.K. Rai, emphasized the importance of practical exposure in shaping successful engineering careers. Er. 🎓 Campus Visit to Delhi Technological University (DTU) by Department of CSE! 🎓
Under its outreach program and extension activities, the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Eshan College of Engineering organized an exciting campus visit to Delhi Technological University (DTU), Delhi.
👨💻 Students of B.Tech CS 2nd Year explored DTU’s state-of-the-art labs and other amenities such as the sports grounds, indoor playground, and library. They also attended an insightful session to understand the academic and cultural landscape of DTU.
Our dedicated faculty members—Mrs. Stuti Bhardwaj, Mr. Gyanendra Gautam, Ms. Sapna Balani, and Mr. Himanshu Sharma—accompanied the students on this enriching experience.

🌟 One Day Workshop on "Entrepreneurship Skills" at Eshan College of Management 🌟
Eshan College of Management, in collaboration with IFCAI, successfully organized a one-day workshop on "Entrepreneurship Skills". The keynote speaker, Dr. Shalini Khandelwal, shared her invaluable insights on the various aspects and legal requirements for starting a new venture. She inspired the students by emphasizing the importance of potential and the willingness to take risks in entrepreneurship. Dr. Khandelwal also reminded everyone that failure should not be feared but embraced as stepping stones toward success and valuable learning experiences.
Prof. (Dr.) Pankaj Sharma, Director of Eshan College of Engineering, presented mementos to the esteemed guests as a token of appreciation.

The third day kicked off with an insightful presentation by the Head of Training and Placement, discussing the crucial roles and operations of the Training and Placement Cell.

🌟 The highlight of the day was the esteemed presence of Dr. Manoj Kumar, Outstanding Scientist and Director of ADRDE (DRDO ), who inspired our students with his vast experience in defense research. His wisdom will undoubtedly serve as a guiding light in Eshan’s journey to pioneering excellence in education.

The event was graced by Chairman CA Sanjay Agarwal, Managing Trustee Smt. Manjari Agarwal, Director Prof. (Dr.) Pankaj Sharma, along with Registrar, Deans, HODs, and our dedicated faculty members. The second day of our Orientation cm Induction Program was a day filled with knowledge and inspiration. The event began with an insightful presentation by Dr. S.K. Gautam, Head of the Applied Science and Humanities Department.
We were honored to welcome Jamuna Priya Ji, a devoted representative from ISKCON Vrindavan, who led an engaging session on "Change and Transformation." She emphasized the power of spiritual solutions for materialistic challenges. The session concluded with a heartfelt Sankirtan, with participation from ISKCON members, dignitaries, faculty members, and students alike.
In a beautiful gesture, our Managing Trustee, Smt. Manjari Agarwal, presented a token of appreciation to Mataji Jamuna Priya Ji on behalf of the college.

🎉 Independence Day Celebrations at Eshan College! 🇮🇳
At Eshan College, we proudly celebrated the spirit of freedom and patriotism! The day began with a flag hoisting ceremony led by our esteemed Chairman, Shri Sanjay Agarwal, and Managing Trustee, Smt. Manjari Agarwal, in the presence of Director Sir, Registrar Sir, all staff members, and enthusiastic students.
Following the flag hoisting, a cultural program filled with patriotic fervor was held in the Seminar room. Director Sir and Registrar Sir shared their inspiring thoughts on this special occasion.
Managing Trustee, Smt. Manjari Agarwal, shared her thoughts on what freedom truly means and how we can embrace this freedom by contributing to the development of our nation and the world as a whole. She emphasized the importance of working together on crucial areas like the environment, natural resources, unity, equality, and humanity.
On the occasion, Chairman Sir gave a heartfelt speech, recalling the struggle for freedom and comparing the nation's progress from pre-British times to our achievements since 1947. He also led everyone in taking an oath to contribute to the nation's progress and prosperity.
The celebration concluded with the National Anthem, followed by the distribution of sweets to all, leaving everyone with a deep sense of pride and commitment to our great nation.

🎉 Outstanding First Semester Exam Results at Eshan College! 🎉
The first semester exam results declared by AKTU showcased the excellent performance of Eshan College students. Vivek Sharma achieved an SGPA of 8.7, Munasif Khan 8.6, and Sanjana Kumari 8.5. Other notable performers with SGPA above 8 include Shivam Kushwaha, Abhinav Sharma, Ankush Dohare, Chandresh Garg, Gautam Sagar, Dhruv Saraswat, Brajesh Kumar, Anuj Sharma, Harsh*t Yadav, and A***n Agarwal. More than 43 students scored an SGPA above 7.5. Special mention to Vivek Sharma and Munasif Khan for securing over 90% marks in Mathematics. In recognition of this outstanding performance, the college awarded prizes to the students.
Chairman Saksham Agarwal remarked, "Our students have achieved this success through hard work and dedication. We wish them a bright future.” Director Dr. Pankaj Sharma stated, "These results are a testament to the high standard of education at our college and the efforts of our students. Eshan College of Management recently organized an enlightening online Power Seminar on Traditional Thinking Vs Design Thinking. The keynote speaker, Tanvi Mittal, HR-India at VLink India Pvt Ltd, shared valuable insights on these contrasting approaches. This seminar was held in association with ICT Academy.
Ms. Mittal explained that Traditional Thinking is structured, analytical, and expert-driven, focusing on efficiency and optimization based on past experiences and data. In contrast, Design Thinking is flexible, exploratory, and human-centric, emphasizing empathy, creativity, and iterative development to address user needs and create innovative solutions. 💡🤝
