Location: Walking distance from Rajbagh Metro Station (Red line), Sahibabad, next to Dilshad Garden Metro Station. Preference will be given to those candidates who are residing nearby and are in/passed out CS professional programme.

Work Exposure: Secretarial Compliance, FEMA, NCLT, Arbitration, Secretarial Audits, Start-up ecosystem, Licenses, etc. Stipend for CS Trainees would range from 8K to 12k, as per the candidate.

- Guiding the team in respect to various compliances under the Income Tax.
- Represent before the Income Tax Authorities in respect to assessments, rectifications, Appeals, etc.
- Assisting the team in respect of matters before the ITAT and higher appellate authorities.
- Assisting the team for the various advisory matters and helping develop tailored solutions for the clients.
- Assisting the team in handling search, survey and summons.
- Basic knowledge about regulatory & allied laws.
- Proficiency in using the MIS tools and regularly updating seniors and clients on status updates.
