"When you educate a women you educate a tribe."
It was the first offline corporate training workshop that I conducted at Ford Motor Company , Gujarat for the women cell.
Your Gut health is directly linked to your emotions, thought patterns and decision making.
In this session we touched on mindful eating.
I had designed activities , EFT tapping and meditation techniques to help the women's embrace the intensity of thoughts that we create while eating food.
I am grateful that universe made me a medium to this uplifting energy retreat.
God has profound ways of showing divinity within us and food is the most divine source of growth.
Just imagine if every food table has one positive thought ?
