Things to keep in mind if you plan to fly your first kite today or tomorrow:

📌 Consider the wind conditions in your area and ask our sport leaders to assist you with a suitable kit accordingly.

📌 Try to find an open area away from trees, buildings, power lines to avoid obstacles.

📌Keep a safe distance from other kite flyers to avoid tangled lines

📌 Use an appropriate length of the string. Too short can limit your kite’s height and too long can make it challenging to control.

📌 Practice! practice steering the kite by gently pulling on the string. Get a feel for the kite’s responsiveness and make small adjustments as needed.

📌Position yourself with your back ti the wind.

📌Have a friend hold the kite up, or lay it on the ground with the nose facing up. As the wind catches the kite, gently release the line and let it climb.

📌To bring the kite down, slowly release the string and guide it downward.
