1.Include antioxidants vitamins & minerals like vitamin c & vitamin d.
2.Eat iron rich food for better oxygen flow in blood.
3.Regular breathing exercises to be included ( as per your tolerance).
4.If you notice difficulty in swallowing focus on eating soft foods.
5.Drink plenty of fluids(3l per day min) to manage covid symptoms like cough & itchy throat.
6.Avoid sugary drinks, coffee as it leads to dehydration.

What is flexibility?✅
Flexibility is the ability of your muscles to stretch(depending on your tolerance). Your weight or size does not effect your flexibility. Even when i weighed 64kgs i was flexible & even when i weight 54 kgs i am flexible.🌸🌸
What does flexibility depend on?
Flexibility is something that can be increased with practise, proper breathing & healthy diet. If you are not flexible right now, in the next 6months you can be. It’s just a matter of time & practise.🌸🌸

1. Adho mukha svanasana: This pose should be practised by those who habe severe migrain and headache issue. With proper blood circulation towards your brain in this downward pose you’ll feel relief.
2.Kapotasana: This pose involves your thigh, hip,lower back muscles.
Stretching of these muscles will help you relieve the pain.
3.Janusirasana: this asana will help you with diabetes if you do it the right way. (Note: try to touch your abdomen to your upper thigh, don’t focus on touching your forehead to your shein part)

Headstands, backbends, shoulder opening, seated postures, hip opening. Wall can be used as a prop for each to enhance your flexibility and strength!☺️
