Our 70 year old patient was adamant on saving his damaged teeth & this is how we did it.

As you can see in the first 3 pictures, the teeth are severely damaged & there is inflammation & swelling around the teeth & gums.

4th & 5th X-ray pictures show periapical abscess in one of the teeth. We treated the abscess & completed RCT of both the teeth in one sitting.

After that, we did composite build up of the teeth as noted in the 6th picture.

We placed the crowns after a week & the patient is very happy with them. There was no inflammation or swelling noted after a week as seen. Also, the patient did not experience any pain during or after the treatment.
