1. Begin on your hands and knees in a variation of the tabletop position, with your feet touching, and your hands shoulder-width apart.
2. Bring your crown of your head down on the yoga mat. Creating a triangle with your palms and head.
3. Bend your elbows 90 degrees to feel stable in the pose, and keep them in line with your shoulders.
4. Extend your legs and walk them as close to your arms as possible.
5. Slowly bring your legs up, Extend your legs straight up to the sky, keeping the weight in your hands.

Sirsasana is a SANSKRIT word that means Sirsa means "Head", and Asana means "Pose". This asana is a King of Yoga Asana. Sirsasana gives strength, beauty, and control.

โœ… How to do Sirsasana pose :

1. Interlock the fingers of both the hands and rest the hands upto elbow on the ground.
2. Bend and bring your head down on the yoga mat.
3. Control the body weight on the neck and elbows, straighten the legs to the ground level.
4. Now gently lift your one leg. after this lift the second leg and bend up to the knee.
5. Now one by one try to lift the legs, the legs will be straight. Keep the eyes closed, and breath normally.
6. Practise breathing with slow inhalation and exhalation in this position.

1. Strengthens joints and ligaments.
2. Stretches the spine, shoulders, hamstrings, and groins.

Dhanurasana is derived from the Sanskrit word โ€˜Dhanush,โ€™ which means bow, whereas Asana means pose or posture. Owing to the bow-shaped posture of the body while performing it, it is referred to as the bow pose.

โœ… How to do Dhanurasana pose :

1. Lie down flat on your stomach.
2. Bend your legs at the knees and bring your feet up behind you.
3. Hold your both ankles with your hands.
4. Inhale, Lift your thighs and chest off the ground, as high as possible.
5. Try to hold this position for about 30 to 60 seconds.
6. Exhale, Gently bring your thighs and chest to the ground and relax for sometime.

Paschimottanasana is a seated forward bend yoga. In this Yogasana, the entire back of the body from head to heels, including the spinal column, is deeply stretched. This benefits spine mobility and overall flexibility.

โœ… How to do paschimottanasana pose :

1. Stretch both your legs out in front of you. Make sure that your toes are flexed towards you.
2. Inhale and raise your arms over your head. Stretch.
3. Exhale and bend forward. Bring your head towards your toes.
4. Now bend from the waist and, place your right palm on the right leg.
5. Inhale and elongate your spine, Exhale and move your navel towards your knees. Hold the Pose.
