Part 2: How important is developing emotional quotient in kids

Earlier when parents used to scold or instruct kids, they had options at home itself(nuclear family), to talk to someone and express their feelings and emotions. But nowadays due to the nuclear family, kids cannot easily express themselves to outsiders and thus they develop their inner talk.
Their inner talk is mostly negative as they don't know how to have positive self talk and thus they develop negative behaviour.

So as parents it's our duty to mould them in a positive way and give them an atmosphere where they can express themselves
