Learning should continue to remain updated. This is the only way to serve Parkinson patients better.

1. Regular walking ( brisk walking if possible)
2. Regular stretching or Yoga
3. Regular meditation for few minutes.
4. Spend Relaxing or quality time with friends or family.
Together will fight and together will win against Parkinsonism.

1. I will try to understand the natural course & complexity of Parkinsonism from an expert.

4. I will make good sleep and diet habits a priority.
5. I will follow a customized exercise program according to my stage and type of Parkinsonism.
6. I will foster an attitude of optimism & well being.
7. I will remain engaged with my family, friends, caregivers and others.
8. I will read about maintaining a postive attitude in difficult times.
9. If possible, i will contribute to the Parkinson's community.

Completed 2 years of Dr Barad's clinic
I would like to thank all my staff, friends, family and most importantly my patients, who have made this journey of 2 years a successful one!
Happy to share to have done 2 successful DBS(Deep brain stimulation) surgery for Parkinson's disease and a baclofen pump surgery for spastic paraparesis in Gujarat in the last 3 months...
