CREDAI Vadodara Property Show Fest 2023 had been embraced by many well-known and honorable personnel of the city. Gobananas and INIT Design Studio curated and designed the entire event with meticulous energy and a grandeur end to the property fest.

The TriCity Property Fest 2023 is organized by the well-known real estate developer Kavyaratna Group and the event curated by Gobananas and INIT Design Studio. Ahmedabad has heritage beauty, Gandhinagar has a vibrant present and Gift City has a bright future with marvelous projects.

The exciting three-day event had many firsts to offer. Lot of attractions like Discount offers of Rs.1 lakh for the outright purchase, Daily Lucky Draw, Digital bouquet of information curated and ideated by Nish*t Shah - Director Gobananas and INIT Studio through his Creative team held the task of making the Gandhinagar property fest visible through attractive Advertisements on different mediums and social media.

One of its kind - SIBA Awards 2023 : Social Media Influencers and Bloggers Awards received a grand applause which was a huge part of the event focused on the digital outreach on Social Media.

Cultural shows, laughter show and influencers awards was also presented daily evening at 5 hours.

In a befitting tribute to former Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority (AUDA) chairman - Chhanalal Joshi, Honorable Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel inaugurated a road named 'Chhanalal Joshi Marg' located in Ambli-Bopal Area in Ahmedabad. The Felicitation Ceremony Event was managed and executed by Gobananas.

The event started with the Flag off Function and unveiling of Takhti followed by the Welcome Speech. It was our honor to curate the ceremony with the highest Dignitaries of the state.

We extend our gratitude to Shri ShekharbhaiPatel, Shri Lochan Sehra, Shri Dharmendrabhai Shah, Shri Kirit Kumar Parmar, Shri Narharibhai Amin, Shri Rushikeshbhai Patel, Shri Amitbhai Shah, Shri Kishorbhai Chauhan for blessing us with their presence in the Ceremony.

Gobananas is immensely proud to curate and execute Product Showcase event for Urbaanac Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd ( Largest Pre-Cast Solutions provider of Gujarat ) at a state-of-the-art offsite manufacturing facility near Bavla, Ahmedabad spanning over 25 acres with the world’s most advanced technologies and laboratory.

The Event focused on the Pre-Cast manufacturing setup for Ahmedabad, which is highest in its calibre to cater to the ever-growing infrastructural needs of the country. And, We are grateful to Arjun Amin, Abhishek Amin and CREDAI Ahmedabad for their support and providing us with this opportunity.

What an interactive session followed by the industrial tour and networking with the real estate fraternity along with the product showcase. Special mentions to Credai Youthwing Ahmedabad as well.
