Mr Patel on finished the half marathon without the usual cramps, and tiredness. Yoga helped him, choose the right shoes - ON shoes, the right nutrition as per the need also
Mr Vijay had challenges in his shoulder, a stiff back, and pain in his feet due to running.
Normally people approach mostly only legs, but his practices included the upper body, spine, the Hip joints were given importance.
Yoga has so much to offer for legs, but instead of tiring him, his practices were rejuvenating his body, and breathing.
No Anuluom Vinuluom., it was a practice wherein the breath is benefitted so that you use less breath and conserve it.
