Time Management is something we all need to learn, and it is quite a popular topic of trainings. I got this opportunity to these trainings at renowned Corporate.
It was an In person classroom Training
23-26 participants with work experience ranging from 5-18 yrs.
Used PowerPoint slides,lots of activities and some Facilitation processes to make the sessions interesting and interactive.
The objective of the training were to make them aware of
# Benefits of managing ourselves in relation to time
# Time wasters
# Benefits of Goal setting in time management
# Some Tools and tips for better time management
The session went on smoothly. it was a wonderful audience. The participants were very interactive and eager to learn and share their experiences.
START, CONTINUE AND STOP process was used to end the session.
My gratitude to Ganesh Dalvi, CPF
for teaching me the process of facilitation, so i could use some facilitation processes in the training.
Special thanks to Dr. Balraj Saini and Rishi Nanda 🌐 who helped me in deciding what all activities and facilitation processes I could use in the training.

..Our cultural heritage, our clothing, is so vibrant. Never shy away from wearing what is OURS. ...it doesn't make you outdated or old fashioned. It doesn't make you any less modern than the counterparts wearing western attires.
No, I am not against those, I just want us to carry ourselves with confidence and feel proud about Indian clothing.

SAREE ...recently we saw a controversial video...and a counter reply too. I don't know what is the reality behind the scenes, so no comments.
What I feel is, that a Saree is very versatile. It fits well into all categories and occasions.
From Board room meetings to weddings.
Women even jog and dance in sarees.
It can be classified into Formal, Smart Casual, Relaxed and totally casual.
