So in terms of calories, YES, they are absolutely the same. In terms of CALORIES. But what about their nutritional value. A regulate vegetable saladπŸ₯— has a variety of vegetables. This gives a broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals that are super essential for healthπŸ«€. It also contains a considerable amount of fibre which is good for the gut and makes us feel full for a longer period of time.

What about the donuts?🍩🍩

For starters, they are very high in sugar🧁 and unhealthy fats. This combo itself is one of the most havoc causing duos in the body. In terms of nutrient value, it’s almost none compared to the saladπŸ₯¬.

But the most important factor is that, the donuts🍩 spike blood sugar levels much higher than the salad. We mean like much much higher⬆️. This difference alone cannot cause huge shifts in our hormonal aspect!
