aajtak.intoday.in नेपाल में आए जबरदस्त भूकंप का असर माउंट एवरेस्ट पर भी देखने को मिला. भूकंप की वजह से माउंट एवरेस्ट पर हुए हिमस्खलन के बाद एवरेस्ट के बेस कैंप पूरी तरह तबाह हो गया. इस हादसे में बेस कैंप में ठहरे हुए 18 पर्वतारोहियों की मौत हो गई है.

International Mountain Day is

FAO is the U.N. organization
mandated to lead observance of International Mountain Day.
