A new journey starts here.
The most interesting part of the journey is the middle one, this is so true that even the whole team of TeamShuruaat is feeling this quote. Today was one of the most important days for our team as we conducted our robotics workshop in the annual Techfest of the Delhi Public School (DPS), Prayagraj. It was so tremendous experience that the team felt overwhelmed.

The crowd was outstanding and the energy was so high that everyone got goosebumps and we are not going to stop again.

Not only high, but the energy was also outstanding.

Sometimes it feels like we are done with our work but then we get these types of projects in various institutions and again we pump up and it happened in another school.

What could be a better way to start the week than doing some good work for others especially, when it comes
to the youngsters aka students of our country.

We celebrated the day like this.

On the auspicious day of Gandhi Jayanti, we spent our daytime with the youth of our future world which was a demo session for our next project aka workshop.

There was a lot of energy and enthusiasm among the students. Although this day was supposed to be a holiday and celebration day for all of us, we didn't find any better way to celebrate the day than this

Artificial Eye is a device that Mimics the structure of the human eye, developed by Engineer and Materials Scientist Zhiyong Fan of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. It is, as human eyes are, light-sensitive rather with a faster response time, this makes the vision of an Artificial Eye sharper than that of a human eye. The artificial eyeball records changes in lighting within about 30 to 40 milliseconds which otherwise takes 40 to 150 milliseconds by the human eye. The device can also see in subdued lightings almost as well as the human eye. Although its 100-degree field of view isn’t as broad as the 150 degrees a human eye can take in.

The wide view field and high-resolution eye-sight of a human eye is owed to the Retina. The Retina, in an Artificial eye, is replaced by a curved aluminum oxide membrane, studded with nanosize sensors made of a light-sensitive material called a Perovskite. Wires attached to the back of the retina ferry signals from those sensors to external circuitry for processing, similar to the way nerve fibers connect the eyeball to the brain.

In the future, this can be used for better vision prostheses and humanoid robotics.

Like the concepts of Black Holes, once you get to know about it , it pulls you so much into it that it's difficult to resist.

So buckle up because the team is coming to you to show you a whole different part of the our nature.

Why do we strive for perfection if it is not attainable?
'Being a perfectionist' is what most of us desire but is not something that can actually be attained. Actually nothing like the word ' perfection' exists in reality. But it would be wrong if we stop aiming for it because this is the process.It acts like a bait , we run after it until we get it, the only difference is we don't reach the bait but in the process we achieve something excellent.
It has become more of a parameter to measure one's abilities but never ever fake perfection, make mistakes ,learn from them then try harder, because perfection is the end product. What comes in the process is skills, experience and satisfaction.

Here the question is , why do we run after perfection despite knowing the fact that nothing in this world can be perfect?
It's because it is the key to reach to something great. It is said, "Shoot for the moon.Even if you fail, you'll land among the stars". The same philosophy works here , if you work hard enough to attain perfection, surely it might not be perfect but will be worth it.

Everyone is winning.

Whenever the TeamShuruaat enters an institution, there's no chance that we wouldn't slay. Every single time we come to your school and give you some knowledge which will be helping in making your career, we feel enormous amount of joy and gratitude that we got a chance to do that.

RRB Convent School which is situated in the city Prayagraj was our next aim for our workshop on Arduino and Robotics and everything went smoothly. The workshop was 3 days long and after the successful completion of it, there was a price distribution ceremony in which we distributed prizes to the winners and certificates to all participants.

That's how we work.

As we mentioned before, TeamShuruaat is now unstoppable and not going to rest until we provide you the maximum value possible, and we are proving that point everyday as we are growing and reaching more schools like Millenium World School in which our demo session just held today.

The session was full of excitement and every single student got to know many new and unknown things. Also they were introduced with the trending technologies and now we are just waiting for them to register themselves and to meet us in the workshops.

Being patient and knowing yourself are the skills we all should have in both corporate and personal life.

Sometimes we think that working all day long, not taking any rest, and ending up burning out at the end and hating yourself for not working, are signs of hard working person but that's not the whole thing.We have to reframe this mindset.

We need to accept this thing that tomorrow might not be as productive as yesterday or today and it's completely ok. As long as you are getting results and loving the process in the long run, there isn't any issue in taking rest and doing nothing for the whole day. Sometimes doing nothing is the best thing you can do and what you are doing when you are on leave is the most important thing.

Stop pushing yourself so much, love yourself and it's ok to take two steps back if it will lead to four steps forward in future.

Another event, another winner.

After a staggering webinar on Black holes in various schools in Allahabad, we just dropped one more pillar of curiosity and adventure in one of the institutions of the same city, Semester Global Public School, Naini, Prayagraj.

The workshop was held in 3 days and by each day, the excitement level of the team, as well as the students, touched the sky. The last day was about practical implementation, which was cherry on cake.
