Offering a handful of flowers to the lotus feet of the blessed guru, I bow down.

According to Shiv Purana, the earthly Shivling has special significance in Kaliyuga. It is said that the devotee who worships and worships the earth Shivling by making a clay Shivling and does Rudrabhishek, all his wishes are fulfilled. The corporeal form is worshiped, but Lord Shiva is the only deity who is worshiped in both corporeal and formless forms. Lord Shiva in the corporeal form is seen riding Nandi in human form wearing a tiger's bark with a trident and a damru in his hand. According to Shiv Purana, worship of Mahadev in both corporeal and formless forms is fruitful.
On the other hand, worshiping Shivling is considered more auspicious. In the Shiva Purana, the special importance of Shivling has been told for the worship of Lord Shiva. Worshiping Shivling fulfills all the wishes and removes all sorrows. Devalinga, Asurlinga, Arshalinga, Purana Linga, Manav Linga, Swayambhu Linga There are many types of Shivling and they have different importance and effect. But according to Shivpuran, the importance of the Parthiv Shivling is special.
According to Shiva Mahapuran, by worshiping the Parthiv Shivling, all the wishes are fulfilled and troubles are removed and happiness, prosperity and son are attained. In Kaliyuga, the earthen Shivling is said to be the best for attaining salvation and for fulfilling all the wishes of the person. It is said that whoever worships and worships the earthly Shivling by making a clay Shivling and does Rudrabhishek, all his wishes are fulfilled and special results are obtained. Parthiv Shivling has special significance in Shivpuran.
