A 53 year old male experiencing persistent chest pain episodes for the past 1.5 years. LAD CTO successfully opened yielding excellent results.

Discipline. Consistently. Perseverance.

Starting the day with a bang! Early morning primary PCI in a patient of IWMI with an anomalous origin of RCA from LCC. A nonselective shot revealed total blockage of RCA. Procedure completed by engaging RCA with AL1 catheter.

PCI to LM Bifurcation with DK crush technique in a 65 year old female of grade 4 angina

Pre and post renal artery stenting in a 40 year old patient presenting with accelerated hypertension

A happy sunday looks like this! Before and after of a 90% blocked Ostial Left Main in a patient of acute coronary syndrome🤩

My most satisfactory case ever! 54 year old male presenting with cardiogenic shock BP pulse unrecordable. ECG showing extensive AWMI. Left shot revealed distal left main occlusion. PCI to LM LAD done and subsequent dramatic ECG changes reversal! As if he never had an AWMI!!

PCI to LMCA Bifurcation by minicrush technique in a patient of chronic stable angina grade 4

RCA CTO PCI in a 56 year old patient of chronic stable angina despite optimal medical management. The patient is relieved of angina post procedure!

70 year old known case of chronic kidney disease with inferior wall myocardial infarction. PCI to LCx done using less than 50 ml contrast.

33 year old with anterior wall MI. Angiogram revealed a very tight lesion in the culprit vessel with a 90-degree bend and a disease free good sized diagonal exactly at the bend🥶. I had anticipated difficulty wiring this acute bend. Couldn’t cross with fielder FC but it got crossed easily with fielder XT wire. Good result achieved!

72 year old patient of recent anterior wall myocardial infarction and stenting 5 days ago presented with cardiogenic shock. Angiography showed 100% stent thrombosis. Post thrombosuction revealed dissected artery for which another stent was placed. Patient doing well with stable hemodynamics without any support.

70 year old patient of inferior wall myocardial infarction. Angiogram showed 100% occluded LCx. PCI to LCx done with single stent.

65 year old patient presented with anterior wall myocardial infarction and cardiogenic shock. LVEF 20%. Angiogram showed critical long segment disease in LAD and dissected LCx along with significant disease. He was treated with PTCA to LAD and LCx using less than 60 ml contrast.

59 year old female presenting with anterior wall myocardial infarction day 1 with ongoing angina. LAD after diagonal total cut off. Angina relieved post angioplasty.

60 year female presenting with recurrent episodes of chest pain despite optical medical management treated with double vessel angioplasty
