Makhana chaat recipe :-
1:- Take a pan add few drops of desi ghee , add jeera and pinch of turmeric.
2:- Add makhanas into the pan and roast it properly.
3:- After roasting turn off the flame and put the makhana into a bowl . Add fine chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, dhaniya, cucumber .
4:- Add chaat masala and salt to taste.
5:- Enjoy your makhana chaat π
