It is published by S.Daljit Singh, he is also a Director/Actor/Lyricist/Producer/Promoter, who Directed many Music Videos, TV Shows, Acted in some Punjabi Movies & TV Shows, Produced many TV shows & Music Events. We are feeling immense pleasure that we have also taken a step ahead in service of our Mother Tongue’ Punjabi Language’ through our magazine’Punjabi Screen’ which was also our heartfelt a

nd long awaited desire. Punjabi Films & Music Companies are doing greater contributions in uplifting Punjabi language. As a result of it, even in hindi films, Punjabi culture is shown in bits. One disappointing fact about Punjabi Film industry is quite downrated as compared to other film industries. That’s why for the purpose of uplifting our industry, our magazine is working to show each & every person’s emotional and professional journey to reach the general public and also to make aware our govt about timely problems faced by our producers and directors. In this magazine, Punjabi film Industry, Music Company, Actors& Actresses, Punjabi Culture and heritage, Punjabi Literature & Bollywood are displayed on prior basis. Essays on health & Beauty are also a part of this magazine. Apart from this, latest news from religious and social scenarios worldwide are also provided here. On above mentioned topics, articles from various writers are welcomed. We are trying with our efforts and through this magazine that Punjabi Film Industry should reach at the topmost position and piracy evil should get nipped in the bud. ਸਾਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਦੱਸਦਿਆਂ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਮਾਂ ਬੋਲੀ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਵਿਚ ਅਸੀਂ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਇਸ “ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਸਕਰੀਨ” ਮੈਗਜ਼ੀਨ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਇਕ ਕਦਮ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਸਾਡੇ ਦਿਲ ਦੀ ਚਿਰੋਕਣੀ ਤਮੰਨਾ ਵੀ ਸੀ। ਸਾਡੀ ਇਹ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਮੈਗਜ਼ੀਨ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਪਾਠਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਰਪੂਰ ਮਨੋਰੰਜਨ ਅਤੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮਿਲਦੀ ਰਹੇ। ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਫ਼ਿਲਮ ਅਤੇ ਮਿਊਜ਼ਿਕ ਉਦਯੋਗ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਫੁੱਲਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਵਿਚ ਅਹਿਮ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਪਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।ਜਿਸਦਾ ਨਤੀਜਾ ਹੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਹਿੰਦੀ ਫ਼ਿਲਮਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਗਾਣਿਆਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਅਤ ਦੀ ਮਹਿਕ ਖਿਲਾਰੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਅਫ਼ਸੋਸ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਫ਼ਿਲਮ ਉਦਯੋਗ ਦੂਜੇ ਸੂਬਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਫ਼ਿਲਮ ਉਦਯੋਗ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਪਛੜਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।ਇਸ ਲਈ ਅਸੀਂ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਫ਼ਿਲਮ ਉਦਯੋਗ ਦੀ ਚੜ੍ਹਦੀ ਕਲਾ ਲਈ ਇਸ ਵਪਾਰ ਵਿਚ ਜੁੱਟੇ ਹਰ ਛੋਟੇ-ਵੱਡੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਦੇ ਦਿਲ ਦੀਆਂ ਭਾਵਨਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਮੈਗਜ਼ੀਨ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਆਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਨਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਫ਼ਿਲਮ ਇੰਡਸਟਰੀ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਮਾਤਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਿਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੇ ਜਾਣੂੰ ਕਰਵਾਉਣਾ ਆਪਣਾ ਫ਼ਰਜ਼ ਸਮਝਦੇ ਹਾਂ।ਇਸ ਮੈਗਜ਼ੀਨ ਵਿਚ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਫ਼ਿਲਮ ਉਦਯੋਗ, ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਮਿਊਜ਼ਿਕ ਉਦਯੋਗ, ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਕਲਾਕਾਰਾਂ, ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਵਿਰਸਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰ, ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਸਾਹਿਤ,ਕਹਾਣੀਆਂ, ਕਾਵਿ-ਰਚਨਾਵਾਂ, ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਥੀਏਟਰ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਲੀਵੁੱਡ ਇੰਡਸਟਰੀ ਜਿਹੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ਤੇ ਛਾਪਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ।ਸਿਹਤ ਅਤੇ ਸੁੰਦਰਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਭਰਪੂਰ ਚੋਣਵੇਂ ਲੇਖ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਮੈਗਜ਼ੀਨ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਅਤੇ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਸਰਗਰਮੀਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਚੋਣਵੀਂ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਵੀ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ।ਉਪਰੋਤਕ ਵਿਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਲੇਖਕਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਭੇਜੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਰਚਨਾਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਸਵਾਗਤ ਹੈ।ਇਸ ਮੈਗਜ਼ੀਨ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸਾਡੀ ਇਹ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਫ਼ਿਲਮ ਉਦਯੋਗ ਬੁਲੰਦੀਆਂ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਇਰੇਸੀ ਵਰਗੇ ਕੋਹੜ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੱਢੋਂ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ। ਪਾਠਕਾਂ, ਬੁੱਧੀਜੀਵੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਫ਼ਿਲਮ ਰਿਪੋਟਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਸੁਝਾਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਿੱਘਾ ਸਵਾਗਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।ਮੈਂ ਆਪ ਸਭ ਪਾਠਕਾਂ,ਫ਼ਿਲਮ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਤੀ ਸਹਿਯੋਗੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦੀ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਆਪ “ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਸਕਰੀਨ” ਮੈਗਜ਼ੀਨ ਨੂੰ ਹਰ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਨ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰਾ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਵਧਾ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ।ਮੈਂ ਇਸ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਅਤੇ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਦੀ ਅੱਗੋਂ ਵੀ ਉਮੀਦ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹਾਂ।ਇਸ ਮੈਗਜ਼ੀਨ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਆਪ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਾਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ੁਭ ਇੱਛਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਡੀਕ ਵਿਚ…

ਗੋਵਿੰਦਾ ਨੂੰ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਲੱਗੀ ਗੋਲੀ! ਹਾਲਤ ਸਥਿਰ। ਪੰ.ਸ: ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਨਿਧ ਮੁੰਬਈ) ਅਭਿਨੇਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਆਸਤਦਾਨ ਗੋਵਿੰਦਾ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਜ ਸਵੇਰੇ 4:45 ਵਜੇ ਦੇ ਕਰੀਬ ਆਪਣੇ ਲਾਇਸੈਂਸੀ ਰਿਵਾਲਵਰ ਤੋਂ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਲੱਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੋਲੀ ਲੱਗ ਗਈ, ਜਦ ਉਹ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਕੋਲਕਾਤਾ ਦੀ ਫਲਾਈਟ ਫੜਨ ਲਈ ਘਰੋਂ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ।
ਉਸ ਦੇ ਭਰਾ ਕੀਰਤੀ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਖੱਬੀ ਲੱਤ ਤੋਂ ਗੋਲੀ ਕੱਢੇ ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਕਾਫੀ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਹੈ। “ਉਸਦਾ ਰਿਵਾਲਵਰ ਲਾਕਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਇਹ ਉਸਦੇ ਹੱਥ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਡਿੱਗ ਗਿਆ, ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ, ਉਹ ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਵੀ ਉਹ ਵੀ ਅਣਜਾਣ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਸਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ,” ਉਸਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ।
ਉਹ ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਦੇ ਕ੍ਰਿਟੀਕੇਅਰ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਰਤੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਹੇਠ ਹੈ।
ਪੁਲਿਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਰਿਵਾਲਵਰ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਬਤ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਇੱਕ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਅਭਿਨੇਤਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਜੁਹੂ ਨਿਵਾਸ ਤੋਂ ਨਿਕਲਣ ਹੀ ਵਾਲਾ ਸੀ ਜਦੋਂ ਰਿਵਾਲਵਰ ਤੋਂ ਗਲਤੀ ਫਾਇਰ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਅਭਿਨੇਤਾ ਨੇ ਕੋਈ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਦਰਜ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਹੈ।
ਗੋਵਿੰਦਾ ਦੇ ਮੈਨੇਜਰ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਕੋਲਕਾਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਸ਼ੋਅ ਬੁੱਕ ਸੀ ਜਿਸ ਲਈ 6 ਵਜੇ ਦੀ ਫਲਾਈਟ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਏਅਰਪੋਰਟ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ ਸੀ।, ਜਦੋਂ ਇਹ ਹਾਦਸਾ ਵਾਪਰਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਗੋਵਿੰਦਾ ਜੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼ ਤੋਂ ਏਅਰਪੋਰਟ ਲਈ ਰਵਾਨਾ ਹੋਣ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ।
ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਰੀ ਇੱਕ ਬਿਆਨ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਅਭਿਨੇਤਾ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ੰਸਕਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ
ਭੇਜੀਆਂ ਦੁਆਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਡਾਕਟਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਲੱਤ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਗੋਲੀ ਕੱਢ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਹੁਣ ਠੀਕ ਹਾਂ।
ਮਹਾਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਏਕਨਾਥ ਸ਼ਿੰਦੇ ਨੇ ਅਭਿਨੇਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਟੈਲੀਫੋਨ 'ਤੇ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਲਈ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਰਾਮ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਸਲਾਹ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਸਕਰੀਨ ਅਦਾਰਾ ਗੋਵਿੰਦਾ ਦੀ ਜਲਦ ਸਿਹਤਯਾਬੀ ਲਈ ਦੁਆ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
