Anmol Beti Yojana 2024: Government Scheme For BPL Ration Card Families, Get Free 20000 Rupees.

In the budget 2024-25 released by the central government of the country on 23 July 2024, Anmol Beti Yojana and Kashmir 2024 has been started to provide scholarship amounts of Rs 5000 every year to the girl students studying in economically weaker BPL families of Jammu and Kashmir. Through this scheme, daughters of economically weaker families of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir will be able to complete their higher education by getting scholarships and making their future bright. This scheme is for girls who have BPL ration card if you want to apply for this scheme visit directly Anganwadi center to avail this scheme.

Eligibility Criteria

The J&K Anmol Beti Yojana is designed to support the education of girls from economically weaker sections. To be eligible for this scheme, you typically need to fulfill the following criteria:

Domicile: You must be a permanent resident of the Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory.

Financial Status: Your family should belong to the Below Poverty Line (BPL) category.

Academic Performance: You should have passed your 10th standard board exams.

Required Documents

The specific documents required may vary, but generally, you will need the following:

Aadhaar Card: Both yours and your parents.

BPL Certificate: Proof of your family’s Below Poverty Line status.

Address Proof: Ration card or other relevant documents.

10th Class Marksheet: Proof of passing the 10th standard.

*New School Timings Announced for Kashmir Division*

Srinagar, August 10, 2024: (ANR) The Directorate of School Education Kashmir (DSEK) has issued a new order revising school timings for both government and private schools in the Kashmir division. The changes will come into effect from August 12, 2024.

As per order Schools within Srinagar Municipal limits Will operate from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and Schools outside Srinagar Municipal limits Will function from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

The DSEK has emphasized strict adherence to the new timings and warned of serious consequences for any deviations. (ANR)
