A step ahead in this situation of pandemic, Association of Minimal Access Surgery of India invited me for a webinar on Laparoscopic management of Difficult Gall Bladder. I am thank full to all the 180 doctors who took part in it and been a great listeners.

A little effort from Mahatma Gandhi Mission Medical College and Hospital Aurangabad and MGM Medical centre and Research Institute Aurangabad.
Started a COVID -19 fever clinic at our sports complex which is isolated and away from the routine medical complex to provide healthcare facility to all safely and with care.

A unforgettable MASICON 2020 at Amravati organised by Amravati Surgical society. Where I performed a live demonstration of Laparoscopic total extra peritoneal hernia repair and delivered a lecture on “ Bile duct Injury “.Most importantly our dept. of surgery MGM medical college and hospital won three prizes in all three competitions . It’s really a great feeling that our juniors are also performing so well at this platform. We got first prize for paper presentation and second prize for Video and poster presentation. It was a very well organised event with personal and warm touch to everything. I Congratulate Dr. Narayan Umale Dr. Rajendra Ganeriwal and all team members of MASI for putting up such a grand show .👍👍

Delivered a talk on “Minimal Access Surgery a Technological Revolution “ at Interdisciplinary research conference “IRCON 2020 “ at GMCH Aurangabad which was hosted by Dept of Radio-diagnosis. Heartiest Congratulations Dr Ajay Vare and Dr varsha Rote Kaginalkar for such a grand success . A big thanks for your kind invitation and great Hospitality.

Was invited to deliver a guest lecture on ‘POEM’ and ‘Laparoscopic Management of Hydatid Cyst of Liver ‘at Madhya Pradesh State Chapter meeting at Indore . Had great time there , met my many friends and colleagues. Thanks Dr. Ankur for your kind invitation n great hospitality.

It’s a proud moment for me and my team to receive First prize and a "Dr C Palanivelu" Gold medal and Best Video award at 14th international congress “AMASICON 2019 Nagpur", for our video “laparoscopic management of adrenal tumour with intraluminal extension into renal vein “ that was appreciated by all.I felt blessed to receive an award from none other than my mentor Dr C. Palanivelu. In recognition for the 50 plus POEM procedures performed successfully,I was invited to deliver a guest lecture on POEM.Thanks to Dr. Dilip Gode,Dr. Prashant Rahate and team for organising a magnificent conference and for such warm hospitality. Overall it was a memorable conference.

Happy to share that My Medical Mantra has published a Coffee table book on Vision document to improve the health care services in Maharashtra . All stalwarts in the field has contributed for it, including our chief Minister shri Devendra Fadanwis , Mr. Girish Mahajan Medical education minister, Dr. Prakash Amte , Shri Abhay Bang and Dr. Tatyarao Lahane . Its my great pleasure and honour to share my thoughts in the same book. Congratulations Mr. Santosh Andhale for coming up with such a great visionary document.

Had privilege to perform live laparoscopic Gastrojejunostomy at ‘Laparoscopy Unlimited ‘ organised by Dr. Roy Patankar . It was a very well organised mega event with live telecast online and participation of about 40 medical colleges across the country. Congratulations Dr. Roy and team Zen Hospital.

(Submucosal Tunneling Endoscopic excision) procedure for about 3 cm submucosal leiomyoma of esophagus, It is a first procedure done in the Marathwada region. Happy to introduce one more advanced endoscopic procedure in our region. Thanks to whole endoscopy team for their support.

I am glad to tell you all that I Participated at the second world congress meeting on laparoscopic liver surgery at Tokyo Japan . It was a memorable one very handful surgeons from all over the world had gathered together to take this very difficult and challenging surgery further ahead. Had opportunity to interact with many stalwart in the field and was lucky to be a part of hands on training program at state of the art Olympus training centre

Happy to share that our work on ‘POEM’ for Achalesia Cardia has been published in the prestigious ‘Indian Journal Of Surgery ‘ It is a first article in a journal on the subject written by a practising surgeon . It’s one more step ahead in providing latest and high quality healthcare services to the needy.

Was invited to talk on “laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in a difficult situation “and “laparoscopic management of Hydatid Cyst of liver “ at 60th AMASI skill course at Nagpur. Thanks a lot Dr Dilip Gode Sir for ur kind invitation and great hospitality and also had an opportunity to visit GMC Nagpur dept of surgery OT complex , I must congratulate Dr Raj Gajbhiya and Dr Abdul Qureshi for providing such world class services to the poorest of poor .

Dear friends, Aurangabad surgical society in association with Maharashtra state chapter of Association of Surgeons of India and MGM's Medical College and Hospital Aurangabad organised ‘MASICON 2019’ at MGM Campus. It was a very grand show, with the efforts of our team we had record breaking 1800+ registrations, Superb scientific program, great hospitality and very delicious food made this conference a memorable one, everyone one appreciated the conference. I demonstrated live ‘POEM’ procedure and Laparoscopic hydatid cyst excision. Also delivered two guests lectures. As part of social responsibility we also organised a motivational talk by Mrs Anuradha Prabhudesai on ‘ Tumachya Udyasathi Apala Aaj denara SAINIK ‘ also organised 5 k marathon to promote Organ donation . Thanks to all faculties, delegates and Team MASICON 2019 to put such an efforts to make this conference a milestone event in the history.

मेसिकॉन २०१९च्या समारोपाच्या दिवसाची सुरवात आज एका सामाजिक कार्यक्रमाने झाली. "गेट गोइंगच्या" पुढाकाराने गरवारे स्टेडीयमजवळील कलाग्राम पासून आयोजित केलेल्या मेरेथोन शर्यतीत परिषदेसाठी आलेल्या शस्त्रक्रिया तज्ञांनी या उपक्रमात सहभागी होताना अवयव दानाबद्दल जनजागृतीचा संदेश जनतेला दिला. या सहभागाची सुरवात विभागीय अवयव प्रत्यारोपण समन्वय समितीचे प्रमुख डॉ. सुधीर कुलकर्णी आणि डॉ. प्रवीण सूर्यवंशी यांनी "स्वर्गात हवे स्थान | करा अवयव दान" हा फलक झळकावून केली. या शर्यतीमध्ये १५०हून अधिक शस्त्रक्रिया तज्ञांनी सहभाग नोंदवला. त्यात मेसिकॉन संयोजन समितीचे सचिव डॉ. राजेंद्र शिंदे, कोषाध्यक्ष डॉ. भास्कर मुसांडे, औरंगाबाद सर्जीकल सोसायटीचे अध्यक्ष डॉ. विकास देशमुख, मानद सचिव डॉ. निखील चौहान, डॉ. सोनी, डॉ. नारायण सानप, डॉ. अतुल सोनी आदींनी पुढाकार घेतला.

One really feels great when your efforts and achievements are appreciated by your own colleagues. I was Felicitated by Hedgewar Hospital for achieving NABH accreditation to MGM HOSPITAL Aurangabad also our efforts to provide high quality health care services to the poorest of poor at very negligible cost was appreciated. Had interactions with IQAC cell of the hospital and shared our experience on the journey of quality health care services. Performed live demonstration of “Laparoscopic umbilical hernia mesh repair “ at GUJSURCON 2018 Junagadh , Gujrat. Also visited Gir lion safari where spotted many lions and had lots of hardcore gujju cuisines like thepala phaphda and kawa. Heartiest Congratulations to Dr. Deoraj Chikhalia for such a grand event. Dear friends happy to share with you all that I have been awarded with “Generation Next Ikon of Aurangabad “ by Lokmat Group from educationist Shri Sanjay Ghodawat at a very grand function in Hotel Lemon Tree Aurangabad. Dear friends happy to share that I performed live demonstration of Laparoscopic choledochal cyst excision with hepatico-jejunostomy in a very challenging and large choledochal cyst at SGPGI Lucknow . It took almost 5 hrs to finish the case. Also delivered a talk on “Laparoscopic n Endoscopic Cystogastrostomy. “Our one Video got selected for the best Video session n one paper was selected for young scholar award. Overall it was a very memorable AMASICON 2018.Congratulations to team AMASI .

Dear friends very happy to share with you all that I have been elected as a executive member of governing council of Association of surgeons of India with highest votes in the country. I am humbled with all your support n blessings which has made this possible. I am very great full to all my seniors for their blessings n thankful to all my friends for their support. Its now a great responsibility and opportunity for me to work for the betterment of all patients and surgeons in the country and to stand up to everyone’s expectations. I will try my best to take ASI to further new heights . Thanks once again everyone.
