The Baldwin Project is a literacy program that works predominantly with Black students in the Denver Metro Area.This program addresses the challenges of early literacy for elementary students by providing access to culturally relevant stories and by facilitating writing and
Affirmation workshops. Through monthly school-based activities and community-based events stu-dents advance their interest and proficiency in reading and writing while also developing a
stronger foundation in their racial identity.

We've linked arms and aims to begin our wellness group mentoring program at Sophie B. Wright High School in New Orleans

Our team members Jeffrey Booker and Gabby Kissoon recently joined TIAA’s Juanita Borges and their Empowered BRG for their “Social Thursday” gathering in New Jersey. The purpose of the gathering was to help introduce TIAA’s local office to our national mentor recruitment partnership. Thank you, Juanita, and team, for the opportunity!
