Have you ever tried south Indian chaat ?

If not here is a simple makhana chat recipe using Nummy Makhana.

Ingredients:

Chilli Powder- 1/2 tsp
Rasam Powder-1/2tsp
Onion- 1 medium size
Tomato- 1 small
Raw Mango-1/4 piece of the Raw Mango
Coriander Leaves- handful chopped
Sev- According to your choice
Salt- As per taste
Coconut Oil- 1-2 tsp
Nummy Makhana Spicy/ Plain Roasted Makhana- 1 cup

Method

1.Add 1 tsp of coconut oil and roast the plain makhanas in a pan until it's crispy. If you are using Nummy spicy flavor/ tangy flavor you can skip this step.
2.Take a bowl and add coconut oil, chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, chopped raw mangoes, salt, rasam powder, chilli powder.
3. Once everything is mixed add the roasted makhanas and give it a stir.
4. While serving add sev and chopped coriander leaves.

Note:
1. If you are using Nummy Spicy makhana you can reduce or avoid chilli powder.
2. Serve the chat immediately to enjoy the crunchiness of makhanas.
3. In case of non-availability of raw mango you can add lemon juice.
