Once cooked through, allow it to cool then peel the skin & chop them into smaller chunks 3. On the same pan or tawa, heat 1 Tosp mustard oil. Add 1/2 Tsp cumin seeds & few green chilies chopped. Once the seeds start to splutter, add the chopped potatoes & fry them well for 2-3 mins 4. Add spices: pink Himalayan salt as per taste, 1/2 Tsp roasted cumin powder, 1/4 Tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 Tsp chili powder. Saute & Toss them well 5. Squeeze half a lemon. 6. For the chaat, transfer this to a bowl, then add chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, and, 1-2 Tsp imli chutney. Toss & mix 7. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, pomo pearls & bhujia if required Enjoy.
