Sovan faced tough times with Covid, sitting a lot and eating out too much. This led to him gaining over 20 kg in just 18 months. His health checkup showed bad numbers: high cholesterol, triglycerides and uric acid. It was a shock, especially with his parents visiting soon. He didn't want them to see him like this. HEALTHY CHILD, HAPPY PARENTS!

Angel, a 3-1/2 year old toddler, had been facing a lot of immunity issues right from the age of 1-1/2 years. She used to get frequent cold, cough and fever. This led to chest congestion and infections for which parents had to give her antibiotics and fever medicines.

PAIN TO PEACE: ALL IT TOOK WAS 4 MONTHS!

Life gets overwhelming when you have 2 growing teenagers, a full time job and you have to manage all the daily chores on your own when you are staying outside India. That's what happened with Mital.

Pallavi had previously experimented with numerous diet programs, but the outcomes often left her feeling depleted and lacking in energy due to inadequate food allowances.

OVERCOMING THYROID CHALLENGES!

Khushboo tried all the options in the market that one can think of - gym, Zumba, yoga, multiple diets. But nothing worked and she accepted to be fat all over her life.

Soon she started seeing a lot of other issues like hair fall, acne and other skin related issues. With no clue, she started spending time, money and effort every month running from one dermatologist to another, but she could not get rid of the issues.

Livyah, a dedicated mother of two beautiful daughters, decided to embark on a journey of self transformation after losing her mom due to health challenges.

In just 5 months, Livyah not only lost 12 kg weight but also regained energy levels. Now she no longer faces heel pain and acidity issues. Her skin texture improved.
