TROUBLING WITH PLANTAR FASCITIS PAIN??
Here are few ways you can help yourself at Home;
1)Hot foot bath with Epsom salt
>10-15mins at night, just before bedtime.

-Fill a bucket of with warm water ,up below the knee level,covering the calf muscles.
-Add 2 tbs Epsom salt
-Soak your feet and do ankle exercises -up &down,side wards,rotation 10 times each.

2)Ice application or rolling your foot over frozen ice water bottle for 3-5mins ,2-4times /day

3)REST -give proper rest ,allowing the facia to heal quickly
