This is my recent learning in life. When we get attached to our identity it makes us burdened. But when we we understand that our whole existence is under some supreme power then it make us light. This realisation comes to everyone at certain points of life. I am always a planning lover. I love to plan things in very advance. Which I am today also. 🌱 2024 🌱 This year is full of positive energy. I am in the zone of high power and energy. 🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱 Last year 2023 I learned a lot. Even more than my capacity. I chose situations and people out of my comfort zone. And that helped a lot. 2023 was a year of evolution for me. I evolved into my one more best version in 2024. I am open to learning and exploring more. This year I am open for life and also i will be following these steps:- 👇 🕉️ We should never underestimate our GUT FEELING. Our instinct is the "voice of God" which shows us the right path. THIS YEAR I WILL NEVER AVOID MY INSTINCT". 🕉️ Never hesitate and stop yourself from FUN... Exercise 2: Jaw Toner: Tilt your head back slightly and jut your lower jaw forward. Feel the stretch in your neck and jawline. Hold for 10 seconds and relax. Repeat 5 times. Yoga is a DISCIPLINE अनुशासन 🕉️ Maharishi Patanjali 🙏 Shaasana ( शासन) are the rules that society or somebody else impose on you. Anushaasana (अनुशासन) are the rules that you impose on yourself. Now, why is Yoga called a Disciple (अनुशासन)? Where is the need for a Discipline ? When does the need for a Discipline arise? When you are thirsty, you want to drink water, You don't feel that it is a rule to drink water when you are thirsty. And when you are hungry you eat. You do feel that you have the discipline of eating when you are hungry; No discipline is necessary for enjoyment. When is discipline relevant? Not when something is enjoyable at the very first step. Discipline arises where something is not very charming to begin with; when you know that it would ultimately give a fruit that is very good and enjoyable but that , in the beginning, it is not enjoyable. For example a diabetic patient has a discipline not to eat sugar. Someone with cholesterol has to be disciplined and not take too much fat. This is because , though fats are tasty, they will raise unpleasant complications later. Yoga is a Manual for life. How fortunate are we ? How lucky are we? 1.Getting birth in this human body is the biggest thing. It is said that only in the human body we can get moksha. 2. Getting the human body if not enough is we don't have that eagerness to know about the ultimate truth.... Arising a question inside you is the sign ... And every human being in their lives gets these questions... Just need to be mindful of that. 3. Meeting a Guru in Journey of life. This is one of the greatest things and most important. Guru chooses us not we choose a Guru. So if there is a Guru in your life. Just be Arjuna and devotee. 4. Serve the society whatever you get. Keeping knowledge to yourself will not be enough.we need to share it and do karma performing Purushartha also. Yoga is the Manual for life. We can go deeper and find that higher purpose of life.
