ಆತ್ಮೀಯರೇ ಕಳೆದ ಮೂರು ದಿನಗಳಿಂದ ಒಂದು ವಿಶಿಷ್ಟವಾದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವ ಭಾಗ್ಯ ನಮ್ಮದಾಯಿತು.

ನಮ್ಮ ಯೋಗ ಗುರುಗಳಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಕಾರ್ತಿಕ್ ಗುರೂಜಿ ಅವರ ಊರಾದ, ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಗುಗ್ರೆನಟ್ಟಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು 400 ವರ್ಷ ಹಳೆಯದಾದ ಕಲ್ಮೇಶ್ವರ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದ ಜೀರ್ಣೋದ್ಧಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಕುಂಭಾಭಿಷೇಕ ನಡೆಯಿತು.

ಹಳೆಯ ಶಿವಲಿಂಗ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಶಿಥಿಲವಾದ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ಭವ್ಯವಾದ ಶಿವಲಿಂಗ ಒಂದನ್ನು ಉಜ್ಜೈನಿಯಿಂದ ತರಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಲಿಂಗ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆ, ನಂದಿ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆ, ತತ್ಸಂಬಂಧಿ ಪೂಜಾ ಹೋಮ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು ನಡೆದವು.
21ನೇ ತಾರೀಕು ಪ್ರಾತಃಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ
ಪ್ರಾಣ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಾಪನೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ನಡೆಯಿತು.
ಭಗವಂತನ ಅನುಗ್ರಹದಿಂದ, ಗುರುಗಳ ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದದಿಂದ ನಮಗೆ ಈ ಒಂದು ಪವಿತ್ರವಾದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ನೋಡುವ ಸುವರ್ಣ ಅವಕಾಶ ದೊರೆಯಿತು.
ರಾಜರಾಜೇಶ್ವರಿ ನಗರ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದ ಪರಮಪೂಜ್ಯ ಶ್ರೀ ಶ್ರೀಶ್ರೀ ಜಯೇನ್ದ್ರ ಪುರಿ ಮಹಾಸ್ವಾಮಿಗಳು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬರಾಗಿ ಬಂದಿದ್ದರು.

ಪ್ರಖ್ಯಾತ ತಾಳವಾದ್ಯ ಕಲಾವಿದರಾದ ಪದ್ಮಶ್ರೀ ಪುರಸ್ಕೃತರು, ಕಲೈಮಾಮಣಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಡ್ರಮ್ಸ್ ಶಿವಮಣಿ ಅವರು ಇನ್ನೊಬ್ಬರು.

ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಿತ ಜನರು ಅನೇಕರು ಬಂದಿದ್ದರು.

ಮುಗ್ಧ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನ ಗುಗ್ರೇನಟ್ಟಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಜನರು ನಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರನ್ನು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಆದರದಿಂದ ಕಂಡರು.

ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಕಡೆ ಬರುವಾಗ ಕಿತ್ತೂರು ರಾಣಿ ಚೆನ್ನಮ್ಮ ಮೃಗಾಲಯದ ಎದುರುಗಡೆ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಒಂದು ಕಿಲೋಮೀಟರ್ ಒಳಗೆ ಹೋದರೆ ನಿಮಗೆ ಈ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನ ದೊರೆಯುತ್ತದೆ. ತಪ್ಪದೇ ಒಮ್ಮೆ ನೋಡಿ.

ಸದ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಯೂಟ್ಯೂಬ್ ಲಿಂಕನ್ನು ಕೂಡ ಹಾಕುತ್ತೇವೆ.

ಪದ್ಮಶ್ರೀ ಡ್ರಮ್ ಶಿವಮಣಿ ಅವರು ಒಂದು ಗಂಟೆಗೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಕಾಲ ತಮ್ಮ ಅದ್ಭುತವಾದ ವಾದನದಿಂದ ಎಲ್ಲರನ್ನು ರಂಜಿಸಿದರು.

Virabhadrasana 1, also known as Warrior 1 pose, has many physical benefits, including:
Strengthens muscles: Strengthens the arms, shoulders, back, legs, glutes, and hamstrings
Stretches muscles: Stretches the hamstrings, calves, ankles, shoulders, psoas, quadriceps, and gluteus maximus
Improves balance: Improves balance by requiring focus and stability while balancing on one leg while extending the other behind you
Tones muscles: Tones the abdomen, outer hips, and chest
Builds strength in the core: Engages the core muscles to maintain an upright posture, which helps strengthen the abdominal muscles
Other benefits: Improves focus, encourages deep breathing, and may create a sense of strength and confidence

Uttanasana is a standing yoga pose 'Ut' means intense, 'tan' means stretch, and 'asana' means pose. Uttanasana yoga intensely stretches the entire back of the body, including the spine, hips, and hamstrings. Hence, it is also called the Standing forward bend pose.

Vrischikasana(Scorpion Pose) is an advanced asana. In Sankrit, Vrischika means Scorpion. In order to sting its victim, the scorpion arches its tail above its back and then strikes beyond its head. This asana resembles a striking scorpion.
