Taking inspiration from the rich heritage of Punjab and presenting in a contemporary way will be an overwhelming experience. Punjabi culinary art will be paired with the wide variety of grains keeping in mind the land of the bread basket and its obsessive love for wheat. Punjab Bistro will be a fresh change which diners have been looking for all this while.”

The menu curated by Executive Chef Masaroor Waris Khan will see a good mix of lip-smacking grills and appetizers, delectable mains, varieties of bread, eye-pleasing desserts and matta, lassi, smoothies, milkshakes as well as hard drinks Punjabi style.

One of the highlights incorporated at Punjab Bistro is the traditional tandoori cooking. The diners cannot miss out on the quartet of non-vegetarian delicacies in the form of Lobster, Crab, Jheenga and Pomfret. That’s not it, the likes of Sikandari Raan, Chaamp Taajdar, Murgh Tikka and Bhatti Da Murgh will make you go weak on your knees. For the greens - Chilgoza Paneer, Tandoori Broccoli and Paneer Tikka Multani will be a sin to miss.

The Punjabi mains are all about flavours, not from any exotic sauce but full-blown Indian spices, desi ghee and butter. It will be a difficult task for the diners when they have to make a choice from the legendary Murgh Makhani or Murgh Rogani, Chicken Tikka Masala or Murgh Lababdar, Mutton Rogan Josh or Laal Maas, Kadhai Prawns or Patiala Shahi Machchi. Well, why make a choice when you can eat it all.

If you thought it will difficult only for the meat lovers, think again. When we have the likes of Paneer Tikka Masala, Paneer Lababdar, Paneer Makhni, Amritsari Malai Kofta, Sarson Da Saag, Dal Makhani, Baingan Ka Bharta and Rawalpindi Chana on the menu, we don’t really blame you.
