1 bowl of cowpeas (lobia) 1 small onion 1 carrot, 1 tomato 1cucumber Coriander leaves (Chop all the vegetables fine) 3 tablespoons of curd 2 tablespoons of tamarind chutney (imli chutney) 2 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds (anar) A handful of peanuts Salt and Jeera powder 1 spoon Bhujiya to sprinkle Instruction: Pressure cook overnight soaked lobia with 1 tsp salt Now take a bowl of boiled cowpeas (lobia) and add chopped cucumber, tomato, onion, and carrot to it. Then add 3 tablespoons of curd and 2 tablespoons of imli chutney and 2 tablespoons of pomegranate. Mix well now As a finisher add some peanuts for the crunch, pomegranate, a little bit of bhujiya, and chopped coriander leaves. Season with salt (according to taste) and 1 teaspoon of jeera powder. Blend mint leaves, green chili, panner and curd for the dip 2. Mix chickpeas, onion, carrot, tomato in a bowl. 3. Add chutney, salt, cumin powder, and lemon juice. 4.
