Proud moments for the Institute of Leadership and Governance once again for having its DPLG student getting Fellowship in the prestigious Mukherjee Fellowship, which is a part of the PPGF (Policy, Politics, and Governance Foundation). This fellowship is a collaboration between NFPRC (Nation First Policy Research Centre) and IIDL (Indian Institute of Democratic Leadership) of RMP (Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini).

Being chosen as one of the top 100 youth leaders across the Nation is truly an honor. The Mukherjee Fellowship offers a unique opportunity for the brightest minds in India to gain hands-on experience by working closely with premier legislators and politicians for an entire year. With comprehensive training, top-notch placements, and continuous coordination with subject matter experts, the fellowship aims to prepare young professionals for successful careers in this field. It is remarkable that Ronak made it through three rigorous rounds of selection out of over 5000 applicants.

Congratulations to Ronak Kishorbhai Pawar, a student pursuing a diploma in political leadership and governance at Maharaja Sayajirao University in Vadodara. He had the privilege of being invited as a young thinker and student representative to the G20-organized International T20 Conference held at Mumbai's Jioo World Center. Ronak received heartfelt congratulations from his family and teachers.

"महाराजा सयाजीराव वाद-विवाद प्रतियोगिता 2023"
हिंदी विभाग, कला संकाय महाराजा सयाजीराव विश्वविद्यालय बड़ौदा और बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा प्रधान कार्यालय बड़ौदा के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में आयोजित कार्यक्रम का आज दिनांक 12/4/2023 शाम को 6.00 बजे सर सी.वी. रमन ओपन ग्राउंड में फाइनल राउंड में 5 टीम के बीच मुकाबला हुआ।
विषय - क्या आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस मानव बुद्धि की जगह ले सकता है ?
इस विषय पर पक्ष विपक्ष में वाद-विवाद प्रतिस्पर्धा हुई।
इस कार्यक्रम में विशेष रूप से महाराजा सयाजीराव विश्वविद्यालय बड़ौदा के मुख्य अतिथि कुल सचिव डॉ के.एम.चुडासमा जी उपस्थित रहे। कला संकाय की अध्यक्ष प्रो आद्या भारती सक्सेना जी उपस्थित रहीं तथा बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा प्रधान कार्यालय बड़ौदा के सभी अधिकारियों ने अपनी उपस्थिति से कार्यक्रम की शान बढ़ाई।

Ronak & Shivraj has been consistent in securing ranks from the very beginning now having stood as the 1st Runner Up in the Finals. After getting successfully screened, cracking Quarter Finals and then the Semi Finals, they appeared for their Finals on April 12, 2023 for the Debate Competition held at Sir C. V. Raman Hall, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda organised by Regional Office, Bank of Baroda and The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara on the topic of "क्या आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस मानव बुद्धि की जगह ले सकता हैं ?". Our Institute conveys sincere thanks Ronak and Shivraj for the widespread fame of the Institute of Leadership and Governance.
This achievement would be indeed ever for the first time when along ( i.e. during ) with your running academics, you could just not only sour but could lead newer heights..It goes without saying....this is the proudest moment for the Institute of Leadership and Governance.....Once again..hatsoff to Ronak and Shivraj...having set an example of excellence in extra-curricular activities.

ILG is again feeling pride for Ronak Pawar, a student pursuing his Diploma in Political Leadership and Governance in the Institute of Leadership and Governance, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda participated and also secured a First Rank in the Poetry Reciting Competition held under the ‘Not so Political’ Fest organised by the Dept. of Political Science, Faculty of Arts, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
The theme of his recitation was ' में सरिता ' ( i am a River ).

Students pursuing their Diploma in Political Leadership and Governance (2022-’23 batch) from the Institute of Leadership and Governance, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda had attended National Level Model United Nations meet and more importantly, they represented themselves as the Campus Ambassador at the IIT Jodhpur. Amongst them, Ronak Pawar secured the second rank in the Loksabha Committee as a high commendation for his excellence in debate, questioning and lobbying during February 18 and 19, 2023.
IIT Jodhpur is well-known for hosting the National MUN known as IGMUN, in which participants from various campuses are chosen to represent their university in model United Nations and their committees this year from the Institute of Leadership and Governance, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
In the Loksabha Committee, Ronak Pawar and Shivraj Maharaj represented Institute of Leadership and Governance and MSU by holding important portfolios of Nitin Jairam Gadkari (Minister of Road and Transport & Highways) and Shri Amit Shah (Home Minister). The agenda of the Parliament was UCC (Uniform Civil Code), which is currently very popular in the Public Forums.
The outstanding performance of the DPLG students is a pride for the Institute of Leadership and Governance.

Happy to share that our DPLG Alumni, Shri Bharat Varma (2019-'20 batch) has earned a unique International Honorary Doctorate Nelson Mandela Noble Peace Award 2023 in Mumbai conferred to him by Dr. Rajkumar Tank in the presence of renowned film Actresses Mahima Chaudhary and Isha Kopikar on his successful completion as a Social as well as Educational Reporter.
