Nothing can beat the Aroma of freshly baked Garlic bread. My kids call it caterpillar bread coz of its shape. Simple filling of fresh garlic, coriander n white homemade butter make it irresistible.

Eggless rasmalai cakeπ©βπ³
Presenting a real quick n fast recipe of Eggless Walnut banana cake π©βπ³
Preparation time 5 minutes if u have all the ingredients handy or depends how fast u are π€
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup jaggery powder
1/4 cup flavour less oil or Ghee
3/4 cup Luke warm milk
2 big size bananas preferably over ripped one
1tsp Baking powder
1/2tsp Baking soda
1tsp vanilla essence
1/4 tsp salt
Walnuts n chocochip as per Shradha Bhakti π
Dry ingredients in one bowl except jaggery powder n wet in another one. Mash banana π with the help fork n add jaggery powder mix till it comes together in a homogeneous paste. Now add the wet ingredients. Mix well add walnuts n chocochips. Take microwave proof dish pour the batter n sprinkle some more Walnut n chocochips. Keep it to bake in microwave mode for 5 minutes on highest temperature setting. In microwave ots 750. If u whish u can bake in convection mode or in otg or in airfryer too π©βπ³

Ingredients:-
For dough:

Maida : 3 cups
Milk/water : 3/4 cup or 1 cup
Salt : 1 tsp
Butter : 4 tsp
Milk powder : 1 1/2 tbsp (optional)
Yeast : 2 tsp
Sugar : 1 tbsp
For spread:
************
Mix herbs 2 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Crushed fresh garlic 2cloves
Extra milk and butter for brushing. Maida for dusting.
How to proceed :-
Add maida,salt ,sugar, dry instant yeast and in a big bowl and mix well. Add water/milk to the dry ingredients and mix well with a spatula. If u find the mix dry add little more water/milk .
Take out the mix on platform add butter to it and start kneading. At this stage dough will be quite sticky but don't worry once you incorporate all the butter to the dough it will turn into proper dough.knead it for minimum 10-15 minutes.
Place it in a greased bowl and keep it for 45 minutes or till it doubled in size.
After 45 minutes or so take some maida dust your hands and punch down the dough. Take out and knead for one minute, if it sticks too much, sprinkle some maida. Don't add too much maida else you will desired softness.
Now roll out the dough using a rolling pin or hands shape as per desire. Once done apply milk with the help of brush n keep it 25-30 minutes for second rise.
Preheat your oven for 5 minutes. Againg Brush the bread gently with milk. Gently place the tin in the oven and bake for 25-28 minutes at 180 C.
Once baked properly take them out immediately and brush the top part with butter. Keep aside till its come to room temperature, which is kind of impossible for me and my family ;-)
