Azaad Mental Health Care

Recently got the opportunity to be a part of Physical and Mental health awareness camp in Theri Sahib, Punjab. Thanks to Khalsa Mission Hospital (Bathinda) and Mata Gujri School- Theri Sahib, for organising it and involving me in the process.

I had an amazing experience pursuing my PDCP (Professional Diploma in Clinical Psychology) at Amity University Lucknow, working with great people and acquiring an experience for life. The 5 different setups that I worked for during my stay there, catering to the diverse psychological needs of the people from all age ranges, from children to adolescents and adults proved to be a treasure trove of knowledge. The academic needs of the University and this course like presentations, journal clubs, therapy meets, working on case reports, etc, along with these work experiences contributed immensely in my professional and personal growth.

Also, special thanks to the beautiful city of Lucknow, the home to extraordinary architecture, incredible history, enriching literature, mouth watering food, breathtaking music and amazing people. Thanks for all the lovely memories and for being such a wonderful host.
