Cervical cancer develops in a woman's cervix (the entrance to the uterus from the va**na).

Almost all cervical cancer cases (99%) are linked to infection with high-risk human papillomaviruses (HPV), an extremely common virus transmitted through sexual contact.

Although most infections with HPV resolve spontaneously and cause no symptoms, persistent infection can cause cervical cancer in women.

Uterine fibroids are tumors that grow in a woman's womb (uterus). These growths are typically not cancerous. They aren't linked with a higher risk of other types of cancer in the uterus either. They're also called leiomyomas (lie-o-my-O-muhs) or myomas.

Common symptoms of uterine fibroids are:

* Bleeding between periods
* Heavy bleeding during your period, sometimes with blood clots
* Periods that may last longer than normal
* Needing to urinate more often
* Pelvic cramping or pain with periods
* Feeling fullness or pressure in your lower belly
* Pain during in*******se

𝐓𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲'𝐬 𝐭𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐜 : 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐩𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞
Menopause is signalled by 12 months since last menstruation.
Common symptoms include hot flashes and va**nal dryness. There may also be sleep disturbances. The combination of these symptoms can cause anxiety or depression.
𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐩𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞:
* Perimenopause or “menopause transition”
* Menopause
* Postmenopause
