Yes I create something unique for each patient. It's as if every smile is a blank canvas, but they're canvases with different shapes and contours, so my art goes to the canvas differently, but in a way that represents each patient in their uniqueness.

Here's a quick run through of one of my favourite treatment modalities for a class lI case. When timing is just right, this highly evidenced treatment method using a modified Clark Twinblock works very effectively.
Recent research also shows that part time wear may be just as effective as full time wear of this functional appliance. It's usually followed by a course of fixed braces or clear aligners to fully align and refine the bite and aesthetics.
