Another similar case of L5S1 PIVD with extruded part compressing left side traversing nerve root, complaining of excruciating pain and unable to stand also. Extruded part was removed by endospine method with so small incision. After 6hr patient was walking comfortably.
Post op L4-5 PIVD by Endoscopic Discectomy walking comfortably after 6hr of surgery .
