Drinking green tea🍵 for couple of months.... but not loosing weight 😥... May be you have heard that Green tea can increase fat burning and help you lose weight, but it's not the fact🥹. Green tea🍵 has caffeine which they claim to reduce fats but that’s not how caffeine works. Caffeine makes you more active🏋️ but then again, green tea🍵 has extremely low levels of caffeine.
However, green tea🍵 really shines in its antioxidant content. Yes, Green tea is made from unoxidized leaves🍃 and is one of the least processed types of tea. For this reason, it🍵 contains the most antioxidants and beneficial polyphenols.

12 basics of good health

- Sit Down and Eat, Eating with Hands is the best habit and Chew well

- Eat the green vegetables of the season e.g. Parwal, Ladies Fingure, Gaurds, leafy vegetables etc.

- Include proteins like paneer, soya, cheese, fish, chicken, eggs etc.,

- Include pulses like Lentil, Moong dal, Arhar, or Chana, or Urad dals, kidney beans and chickpeas etc.

- Set curd at home daily

- Include millets like ragi, jowar, etc., often in your diet

- Avoid deep fried foods, sugary foods & junk foods

- Say no to refined oil. Use mustard oil, coconut oil, ghee, butter for cooking. But don’t forget ghee, a tea spoon atleast once in a day

- Drink plenty of water (Preferably 4-5L per day).

- 30 mins of workout a day, stay active rest of the time

- Fix your bed time and wakeup time

- Keep non essential screen time to a minimum
