Meet [Name confidential], a fitness enthusiast,a Cricketer from the Middle East,who truly embodies the meaning of persistence and determination. He's the type of person who sets a goal and doesn't stop until he's accomplished it. Thanks to his hard work and dedication, he's achieved incredible fitness levels that are truly inspiring.Due to his back pain issue, he had to stop playing cricket for a while, So when he joined the Beast team's 100 days programme, he was concerned about achieving fitness while also taking care of his back pain and then getting back to playing cricket.It was definitely a challenge for him, but exercising the right way, with proper form, and a good balance of nutritious diet,he has managed to shed a whopping 8kg of fat and inch loss successfully.
