Thiruvilwamana - A tradition restored
We had the wonderful opportunity to restore this very old mana in thiruvilamala, border of Palakkad and Thrissur in Kerala.

A wonderful year 2023 for has passed away and we are turning stronger and stronger in years. We have started to spread our wings to multiple states other than Kerala this year and have done projects in 3 states. Odf team, the strength and pillars behind each success that we achieve over times. We also got the wonderful opportunity to features our projects in mulitple platforms and got the recognization to feature our project in the hall of frames of steel construction expo 2023 held in Mumbai. Our success story will continue with all the supports we receive from our clients and well wishers.

We are looking for a much existing and challenging 2024 and we are looking forward for all the supports from all.

2500 sqft 4 bhk house is constructed in a 5 cent plot near to Thrissur town. The aim was to utilise the space effectively. This is the master bedroom with a Scandinavian finish. It is more over a open design. Prefab technique helped in utilising the space by reducing the wall thickness to half the normal wall thickness of a conventional structure which helps in increasing the carpet area.

We designed a beautiful retreat home in around half acre of land near Tanur for a wonderful family who had very few peculiar requirements. Our design team planned and developed a minimalistic design that fits to their requirements.
