Revisiting 2/three residence after a year

A.M.M.A.M UP School is celebrating their 100th year with a major addition to its infrastructure. The new master plan envisages to have I.T labs, Language Labs, football turfs and a systematic waste management system. A new block is also proposed in the campus which will add high tech classroom’s and amenities.

Received a token of appreciation from Minister for Sports Shri.Abdurahiman in presence of MLA Abdul Hamed for the contribution to the master planning and phased developments in the future.

രണ്ട് വർഷമായി മുക്കം നഗരത്തിൽ അടിമുടി മാറ്റങ്ങൾ ആണ് നടന്നുകൊണ്ട് ഇരിക്കുന്നത്. ഒരു കൊച്ചു അങ്ങാടിയോളം ചെറുതായിരുന്ന മുക്കം ഇപ്പോ നടപ്പാതകളും പാർക്കും കൈവരികളും പൂച്ചെടികളും ഒക്കെ ആയി ഭംഗി ആയി കഴിഞ്ഞു. നല്ലത് നടക്കുമ്പോ കൊടിയുടെ നിറം നോക്കാതെ കൂടെ നിക്കുന്ന കുറെ നല്ല മനുഷ്യർ ഉള്ളത് മുക്കത്തുകാർക്ക് അഭിമാനിക്കാവുന്ന കാര്യം തന്നെ ആണ്.

ആദ്യ മീറ്റിംഗുകളിൽ തന്നെ ഷോപ്പ് ഓണർസ് അസോസിയേഷൻ ഭാരവാഹികൾ തന്ന പ്രോത്സാഹനം ചെറുതല്ല. ശ്രി. ജോർജ് തോമസ് സാറിൽ നിന്ന് തുടങ്ങി തുടർന്നു വന്ന ശ്രി. ലിന്റോ സാറും ഇതിനുവേണ്ടി നടത്തിയ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ ചെറുതല്ല.

ഇരവിഴഞ്ചി പുഴയുടെ തീരത്തൂടെ ഉള്ള നടപ്പാതകളും ഇപ്പോൾ ഉള്ള ബസ് സ്റ്റാൻഡ് പരിസരത്തുള്ള തിരക്ക് ഒഴിവാക്കാൻ ഉള്ള ഘട്ടം ഘട്ടമായുള്ള മാറ്റങ്ങളും അതു വഴി ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന സാധ്യതകളെ ഉപയോഗപ്പെടുത്താനും ആണ് ഒരു അർബൻ ഡിസൈൻ മാസ്റ്റർ പ്ലാൻ തയ്യാറാക്കിയത്.

ഈ ഒരു മാറ്റത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗം ആവാൻ പറ്റിയതിലും കുറെ നല്ല ആൾക്കാരെ പരിചയപ്പെടാൻ പറ്റിയതിലും വലിയ സന്തോഷം ഉണ്ട്.

Puja room in the 2/three residence is placed in a niche space beside the courtyard that brings natural light in the central portion of the house. The wooden jali cut door, marble finish textured mica walls, and the idols all merge seamlessly into creating a space that is wonderfully both tranquil and vintage.
