The design of individual duplex villa in Chennai is progressing well.

The focal point of this elevation is the elegant and chic staircase which we all love. It sets itself apart and here we happily share with you a sneak peak of it.

The best part is yet to come: The cantilevered staircase is beautifully serving as a facade design as well.

This client clearly understood that every inch of the room need not be filled with items.

Coming to the design part, do you know that a Ceiling of the room is also called the fifth wall? Yes, it is..

False ceiling brings a posh & sophisticated look to any room.

The living room here is designed with spotlights to give a grand and upgraded look as one enters the home.

A sleek TV unit design with an accentuated white & grey marble laminate backdrop subtly screams grandeur & minimalism.
The client proudly enjoys displaying awards & accolades on the contrasting wooden panel shelves.

Chic Leather Sofa to accommodate guests and family members, spacious area to host a small gathering, alongside enjoying food from the dining area.

A lovely blend of styles!
This Minimalistic Kitchen with 2 contrasting styles & elements reminds us to treasure our roots, isn’t it?
The earthenware takes us back to our Grandparents- A healthy cooking & joint living.

At the same time, it allows the client to enjoy an uber cool & modern living.
This is a handle-less kitchen, meaning no handles are installed on the cabinet units but has stylish grooves to open them.
This small feature massively saves you on time, cost, energy to give a clutter free look.
No handles means more space and less cleaning.

Provides a comfortable workspace and is safe for children as it avoids any hurt on the head.

All in all, consider this style if you want to showcase a ‘less is more’ approach and a ‘timeless’ design style that will never date and is always in trend.

Design small spaces !

Every small space deserves design! That’s our honest mission with which we started SpaceMush. Why should only the affluent deserve design? Just because a space is small, it does not mean that it need not be designed due to time or cost constraints!

The term Mush is derived from Mushroom, which signifies small and fast-growing entities of various shapes and sizes! The inspiration for the name came from Architect Sivaraman’s 7 year old daughter Saraa Sivaraman. When asked, what dad's venture should be named - Saraa said she likes Mushroom, spontaneously. She wants to do a cute mushroom house when she grows up!

SpaceMush specialises in design and ex*****on of small spaces. Be it a new building that needs meticulous and functional design of the space with enough dayl-light, ventilation and unique construction techniques required to cater to the client requirements in urban areas with high land value , Or an already existing building which needs personalized and customized interior design and ex*****on in the time and cost of doing a modular interior – we have it all covered.

So one might ask, what about larger spaces? They are just a collection of smaller spaces! Isn't it?

Our vision is to change the way space is perceived, specially the small and tiny spaces and invent a new genre of space design that caters to transforming spaces with space saving built in furniture and shape shifting walls and partitions!

SpaceMush is the brainchild of Architect Sivaraman aka SSR who learnt how to dream big from a small space and wants to do the same to all small spaces that comes his way for design and ex*****on
