The World on a Platter

As the daughter of a hotelier, I think some part of me always wanted to start my own cooking venture. Having always been passionate about cooking and experimenting this has been something that I’ve always wanted to launch. One day, I sat down and discussed the idea of starting ‘Ma Cuisine et Plus” with my husband Rinaldo and my two daughters. Together we have worked to make this a reality.

So welcome into my kitchen as I take you across the world from the comfort of your home. Indulge in a myriad of flavours and a palette of cuisine that will leave you coming back for me. Take a trip to France and taste the palate dipping into the Au Gratin. Make a pit-stop at Korea and try out their mouthwatering kimchi. Check out our very own spin on Piri Piri dishes with the spice that came from Africa. And of course, savour the authentic flavour of Indian cuisine that will always be home to you.
