A 66 year old patient complained of difficulty in chewing and protruded upper front teeth . Taking into consideration the number of teeth available in the upper and lower jaw ; we decided to go ahead with root canals and fixed prosthesis in the upper arch . For the lower arch we decided to give her telescopic denture , a class apart from the traditional removable denture ! Making best use of the available healthy teeth.

Patient had a fall 20 years ago and had replaced the front teeth with metal ceramic crowns which later on felt it wasn’t aesthetically appealing.
Firstly, we started of with the removal of crowns and was left with very minimal tooth structure for which we placed a fibre reinforced post to gain more tooth structure and strength.
Secondly ,crown lengthening was done for added aesthetic improvement.
Post - crown lengthening, temporary crowns were given to maintain the newly achieved gingival margins .
A good one week was given for the complete healing of the gingiva after which two porcelain veneers and five zirconia crowns were placed.

Crown and Bridge was given in the upper and lower posteriors and Monolith Zirconia (hand layered ) crowns in the anterior region.
